Amanda Newlin
Marketing Manager

Amanda is meticulously organized with a creative spirit and is passionate about keeping everyone connected and firmly planted in the digital age. She makes sure everything and everyone is where it should be when it should be.

As a converted Austinite (Hook 'em!) she discovered the beauty in "Keep Austin Weird" and was inspired by the surrounding eclectic lifestyle to take her marketing proficiency to new and organic heights. Amanda has cultivated her professional career with over a decade of social media, digital marketing, podcast producing, and website design experience in the world of luxury real estate, holistic design, and wellness.

To keep her roots strong in the organic and mindful way of living, Amanda discovered that her talents could be used purposefully and was overjoyed to join the Green Shoe family. She is dedicated to Green Shoe's mission and enjoys digitally connecting with individuals to share and discuss the importance of mental health awareness, self-care, and overall wellness.

Amanda is known for her "slight" Harry Potter and Star Wars obsession (#TeamBB8) and love for pigs (think Babe, not bacon). She loves God, is a devoted wife to her amazing husband Zach, mom to their super cool and car-loving son, and fur-mom to their crazy-adventurous pit bull Olive Roxanna.

Her family’s wanderlust spirit has them traveling to exciting metropolis areas and working remotely where Grand Prix tracks are the heartbeat of the city. When Amanda retreats back to her OKC stomping grounds, she is playing auntie with her adorable nieces, consumes an endless amount of Chia Tea lattes from Summermoon, reorganizing her mom’s pantry, and continues to get her family to convince her husband that they need a mini piglet.

"One of the best experiences about being part of Green Shoe is seeing the transformation of our participants after completing a retreat. Each week we have an incredible group of individuals come through - To witness the difference from day one to day five is something I cannot describe. It is uplifting and absoultely inspiring."
