Jasmine Terrell-Deen
Schedule Coordinator

As a bright addition to our team at Green Shoe Foundation, Jasmine brings a radiant spirit and a deep commitment to mental health advocacy. Growing up as a military brat, with roots spanning across the country, Jasmine has developed a profound understanding of diverse perspectives and the profound impact of environments on mental well-being. With her military background and experience with culture, Jasmine pursued her passion for communication and storytelling, graduating from OU with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, specializing in Professional Writing and Film.

Combining Jasmine's wealth of experience from her time at the creative lab in her college building and as a receptionist at a senior living center, she now embarks on a new chapter with us, fueled by her passion for mental health advocacy. A natural storyteller at heart, Jasmine finds solace in crafting intricate worlds and characters, often drawing from personal emotions and experiences, which infuses her advocacy work with depth, empathy, and creativity, all driven by a desire to create meaningful change in the mental health landscape.

Outside of work, Jasmine finds solace in spending time with her husband and beloved yorkie, Bella, whether it's lounging together for a movie night or enjoying a picnic by the lake. Family and connection are at the core of her life, and with her vibrant spirit and love for baking—especially peach bars and strawberry banana chocolate chip scones—she finds joy in the color orange. Symbolizing her radiant energy and positivity, Jasmine brings warmth and compassion to every endeavor.
